We delivered the full mechanical services package for the refurbishment of a 1960s municipal office building within the Gateshead Civic Centre estate - working around a live building to deliver a complete heating and welfare upgrade on programme.

Scope of Works

• Full strip-out of existing heating systems
• Installation of new LTHW heating system with zoned distribution
• Replacement of heating pipework using threaded steel pipework (exposed runs)
• Installation of new panel radiators throughout
• Upgrades to welfare areas including sanitaryware and point-of-use water heaters
• Installation of mechanical extract ventilation to toilets and internal spaces
