We delivered the design and installation of a comprehensive CCTV system at an operational recycling and waste processing facility within Trafford Park - providing full site-wide coverage across processing areas, plant and the external yard.

Scope of Works

• Installation of site-wide IP CCTV system covering processing areas, plant, and external yard
• Installation of fixed and PTZ cameras to monitor conveyors, loading zones, and key operational points
• Installation of high-level cameras to provide full coverage across large industrial spaces
• Integration of all cameras into a central control room monitoring system
• Associated containment, cabling, and network infrastructure

System

The system provides real-time monitoring across the facility, with high-definition coverage of critical areas to support operational oversight, safety, and site security.

Works were carried out within a live industrial environment, requiring coordination around ongoing operations and plant movement throughout the installation programme.
